Job summary

Legends Global is seeking a Casual Restaurant Manager to lead the hospitality restaurant during events at Utilita Arena Sheffield. You will ensure exceptional guest experiences, manage restaurant service, and support the Food & Beverage team while upholding food safety and licensing regulations.

As a key member of the hospitality team, you’ll lead by example, maintaining high standards in a fast-paced events environment, with shifts including evenings, weekends and public holidays.

Qualifications

• Previous experience managing or supervising within a busy restaurant, hospitality or events environment.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day operation of the hospitality restaurant during events.
• Deliver exceptional guest experiences through high standards of service.
• Oversee restaurant service and support the wider Food & Beverage team.
• Ensure efficient operations and smooth service delivery throughout events.
• Maintain compliance with company policies, food safety standards, and licensing regulations.
• Lead, motivate, and support team members to achieve excellent performance.
• Create a welcoming, professional, and enjoyable dining environment for guests.
