Job summary

Utilita Arena Sheffield is seeking a Casual Restaurant Manager to lead the hospitality restaurant during events. You will deliver outstanding guest experiences, supervise restaurant service, and support the Food & Beverage team to ensure compliance with food safety and licensing regulations.

You will be responsible for maintaining high standards, guiding a diverse team, and creating a welcoming dining environment for all guests.

Qualifications

Experience managing or supervising in busy restaurant, hospitality or events environment.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Ability to stay calm and organised in a fast-paced setting.
Willingness to work evenings, weekends and public holidays.
Knowledge of food safety legislation and licensing regulations.
Confident decision-maker with proactive attitude.
