Legends Global in Sheffield is seeking a Casual Restaurant Manager to lead the day-to-day operation of the hospitality restaurant at Utilita Arena Sheffield during events, ensuring outstanding service and compliance with standards.

You will drive guest experiences, supervise the Food & Beverage team, and maintain food safety and licensing compliance in a fast-paced live events setting. This role requires flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Previous experience managing or supervising within a busy restaurant, hospitality or events environment.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

The Role To lead and oversee the day-to-day operation of the hospitality restaurant during events, ensuring exceptional guest experiences through outstanding customer service, strong team leadership, and efficient operational delivery. This candidate will be responsible for managing restaurant service, supporting the Food & Beverage team, and ensuring all company standards, food safety requirements and licensing regulations are consistently met. As a key member of the hospitality team, the Casual Restaurant Manager will lead by example, maintaining high standards whilst creating a welcoming and professional dining experience for all guests.
