Job summary

Legends Global in Sheffield is seeking a Casual Restaurant Manager to lead the day-to-day operation of the hospitality restaurant at Utilita Arena Sheffield during events, ensuring outstanding service and compliance with standards.

You will drive guest experiences, supervise the Food & Beverage team, and maintain food safety and licensing compliance in a fast-paced live events setting. This role requires flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Previous experience managing or supervising within a busy restaurant, hospitality or events environment.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Good organisational and problem-solving abilities.
• Flexible approach to working evenings, weekends and public holidays.
• Knowledge of food safety legislation and licensing regulations.
• Experience using EPOS systems.
• Knowledge of premium hospitality and corporate dining service.

Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day operation of the hospitality restaurant during events.
