Front of House Manager | Full Time

Wagamama has over 165 restaurants in the UK and Ireland, celebrating individuality and personality over perfection. We are looking for a Front of House Manager to join us on our journey to nourish both body and soul.

The Role

As a Front of House Manager, you will lead with passion, creating a positive environment for guests and team members. You will support ongoing coaching and development, drive restaurant performance, and deliver excellent results.

Responsibilities include:

• Supporting and developing your team to maintain high standards
• Planning and running shifts with appropriate staffing
• Managing labor and rotas, understanding financial performance
• Celebrating success and recognizing individual needs
