RBH Hospitality Management is seeking a Maintenance Manager for our Liverpool hotel. You will lead the engineering team, ensure flawless guest spaces, and manage daily maintenance operations to uphold high standards.

The role requires HVAC, electrical and plumbing expertise, strong leadership and budget skills. You will collaborate across departments and drive a proactive maintenance culture aligned with safety and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Solid experience in a maintenance or engineering management role.
• Expertise in HVAC, electrical, plumbing and general building maintenance.
• Strong leadership and budget management skills.

Responsabilités

• Take charge of maintaining hotel spaces, facilities and service areas.
• Lead and inspire the maintenance team with a proactive, hands‑on approach.
• Design and oversee a preventative maintenance programme.
• Collaborate with departments to address maintenance needs and repairs.
• Manage the department budget, negotiate contracts and track expenses.
• Inspect hotel facilities to ensure safety and high standards.
• Foster continuous improvement and adopt new maintenance techniques.
• Stay up to date with latest tools and technologies for the property.
