LGH Hotels Management is seeking a Hotel Maintenance Manager to lead all maintenance operations for our UK hotel portfolio, ensuring safe, efficient, and reliable facilities that support guest satisfaction and smooth team performance.

You will design preventative programmes, supervise budgets, oversee contractors, and drive energy-efficient improvements while maintaining rigorous health and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Design and implement preventative maintenance programmes to protect assets and minimise downtime.
• Proactively fault-find and implement long-term problem resolution.
• Lead maintenance teams and coordinate with contractors to ensure safety and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement preventative maintenance programmes to protect assets and minimise downtime.
• Take a proactive approach to fault-finding and long-term problem resolution.
• Ensure all maintenance activity is carried out safely and fully compliant with health and safety legislation.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance work, costs, parts used, and compliance documentation.
• Manage the maintenance and repairs budget, balance cost control with quality and reliability.
• Monitor energy usage and introduce energy-efficient improvements where possible.
• Oversee contractors and suppliers, negotiating contracts and ensuring work is delivered to standard and within budget.
• Provide clear updates and reports to senior management on maintenance activity, risks, and priorities.
• Build a positive, calm, solutions-focused maintenance culture.
