Job summary

Aimbridge Hospitality EMEA in Leeds is seeking a Maintenance Manager to supervise all hotel maintenance tasks, coordinate repairs, upgrades and preventive work to uphold standards of cleanliness, functionality and aesthetics.

You will ensure HVAC, plumbing, electrical and kitchen equipment are well maintained, comply with safety regulations, and proactively inspect the property to prevent downtime while coordinating with housekeeping, front office and F&B for a seamless guest experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' experience in a maintenance role at managerial level.
• Experience in one or more building trades.
• Experience conducting first level fault finding.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate all maintenance tasks within the hotel, including repairs, upgrades and preventive maintenance.
• Ensure that HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems and kitchen equipment are properly maintained and compliant with safety regulations.
• Conduct regular inspections to identify maintenance issues and proactively address needs to prevent downtime.
• Collaborate with housekeeping, front office and food & beverage to address maintenance issues affecting guest experience.
