Qualifications
- Ideal candidate has experience as Maintenance Supervisor or Maintenance Manager.
- Willing to train and develop into a leadership role.
Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day hotel maintenance operations ensuring high standards.
- Allocate work, manage rotas, and direct the maintenance team.
- Carry out regular inspections to prevent downtime.
- Ensure maintenance activities comply with health and safety legislation.
- Manage budgets and coordinate with contractors and suppliers.
- Provide updates to senior management on risks and priorities.
