Bedruthan Hotel & Create Cornwall is seeking a commercially sharp General Manager to join the Leadership Team and take ownership of Bedruthan Hotel and Create Cornwall. The role requires a senior, hands-on leader who can be the face of the hotel, inspire managers, and identify opportunities to grow profits sustainably.

Reporting to the CEO, Emma Stratton, you’ll lead operations as a member of the Red Hotels leadership team, shaping strategy and guest experiences across multiple Cornwall

Qualifications

• Experienced General Manager with a track record in hospitality leadership.
• Strong focus on guest experience and revenue growth.
• Proven ability to coach teams and drive commercial results.

Responsibilities

• Lead Bedruthan Hotel and Create Cornwall as part of the leadership team.
• Be present, own outcomes, and model high standards.
