Bedruthan Hotel & Create Cornwall is seeking a commercially sharp General Manager to join the Leadership Team and take ownership of Bedruthan Hotel and Create Cornwall. The role requires a senior, hands-on leader who can be the face of the hotel, inspire managers, and identify opportunities to grow profits sustainably.

Reporting to the CEO, Emma Stratton, you’ll lead operations as a member of the Red Hotels leadership team, shaping strategy and guest experiences across multiple Cornwall

Location: Mawgan Porth, Cornwall (on site only, no remoteworking).

Hours: Full-time, 40 hours over 5 days. Includes weekendsand some evenings.

Salary: Dependant on experience, to be discussed at interview.

About the Role

We're looking for acommercially sharp General Manager to join the Leadership Team at Red Hotelsand take ownership of Bedruthan Hotel and Create Cornwall.

This senior, high-impact roleis for someone who is a natural at hospitality, can lead from the front, be theface of the hotel, inspire managers and spot opportunities to develop profitsustainably.

Reporting directly to ourCEO, Emma Stratton, you'll lead the operation of Bedruthan Hotel and CreateCornwall as a member of the leadership team at Red Hotels.

About You

You'll be an experiencedGeneral Manager who understands how great hospitality businesses grow: throughstandout guest experiences, motivated teams and activity that turns demand intorevenue.

You'll be highly visible inthe business, confident supporting Duty Management, quick to turn insight intoactions and energised by coaching teams to improve performance.
