Bedruthan Hotel & Create Cornwall is seeking a commercially sharp General Manager to join the Leadership Team and take ownership of Bedruthan Hotel and Create Cornwall. This senior, high-impact role is ideal for someone who is naturally in hospitality, can lead from the front, and can spot opportunities to develop profits sustainably.

Reporting to the CEO, you will lead the operation on-site as a member of the leadership team, inspiring managers and driving performance across the team to deliver

Responsibilities

• Lead the operation of Bedruthan Hotel & Create Cornwall on-site at Mawgan Porth.
• Inspire and coach managers and team members to deliver standout guest experiences.
• Drive revenue growth through proactive commercial leadership and guest-centric initiatives.
• Be the face of the hotel, ensuring exceptional service and brand integrity.

Location: Mawgan Porth, Cornwall (on site only, no remoteworking).

Hours: Full-time, 40 hours over 5 days. Includes weekendsand some evenings.

Salary: Dependant on experience, to be discussed at interview.

About the Role

We're looking for acommercially sharp General Manager to join the Leadership Team at Red Hotelsand take ownership of Bedruthan Hotel and Create Cornwall.

Reporting directly to ourCEO, Emma Stratton, you'll lead the operation of Bedruthan Hotel and CreateCornwall as a member of the leadership team at Red Hotels.

About You

You'll be an experiencedGeneral Manager who understands how great hospitality businesses grow: throughstandout guest experiences, motivated teams and activity that turns demand intorevenue.

You'll be highly visible inthe business, confident supporting Duty Management, quick to turn insight intoactions and energised by coaching teams to improve performance.
