Red Hotels Ltd is seeking a senior Head of Sales and Marketing based in Mawgan Porth, Cornwall. The role sits on-site and reports to the CEO, Emma Stratton, leading commercial planning, sales growth and marketing integration across Scarlet, Bedruthan and Create Cornwall.

You will oversee Reservations & Sales Manager and the marketing team, turning data into actionable campaigns and strategies aligned with trading conditions and business priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead commercial planning and drive sales growth across Scarlet, Bedruthan and Create Cornwall.
• Bring marketing activity together with sales strategy under the leadership of the CEO.
• Manage Reservations & Sales Manager and Marketing delivery team; collaborate with Head of Brand and Systems to shape campaigns.
