Job summary

Scotsman Group is seeking a Learning & Development Business Partner to support delivery of learning and development initiatives that enhance employee capability, performance and engagement. You will closely with managers and stakeholders to identify development needs, coordinate learning activities and help implement solutions that support business objectives.

This role is based primarily in Edinburgh with additional venues in St Andrews and Aberdeen.

Qualifications

• Experience in managerial hotel operations is essential.
• AET Level 3 is preferred.
• Excellent guest service focus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Build effective working relationships with managers and teams across designated business areas.
• Identify learning and development needs to drive service standards across units.
• Coordinate and support the delivery of learning programmes and development initiatives.
• Maintain learning administration and track attendance and outcomes.
• Support in maintaining the Learning Management System and training records.
• Ensure health and safety and compliance with procedures.
