Job summary

Scotsman Hospitality is seeking an experienced Learning and Development Business Partner to support our Hotel and Accommodation Division, with locations primarily in Edinburgh and St Andrews. You will drive service standards through targeted training, coaching and induction programs.

You will collaborate with senior leaders to scope, design, deliver and evaluate development initiatives, while managing LMS and reporting on training outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience designing and delivering training in hospitality or service sectors.
• Experience with learning management systems (LMS) and training administration.
• Strong coaching/mentoring ability with cross-functional teams.
• Proven track record of delivering end-to-end training programs.

Responsibilities

• Support operational training and coaching to drive service standards in Hotel and Accommodation Division.
• Design, deliver and evaluate development initiatives with senior leaders and SMEs.
• Oversee induction/onboarding ensuring managers are trained and competent.
• Provide QA for inductions and reviews; administer LMS processes.
• Generate MI reports and support People agenda and training projects.
• Coordinate and deliver learning, mentoring and coaching at all levels.
• Assist career pathways, PDPs and internal training programmes for staff.
• Support talent management and succession planning through PDP processes.
• Build external networks to create development opportunities.
