Responsibilities

• Engages with HR team, managers and senior managers to address business challenges through training.
• Delivers scalable learning solutions with speed and agility, evaluating impact and effectiveness of solutions.
• Applies readiness, deployment, assessment, and reinforcement strategies for learning experiences.
• Uses instructor-led, virtual, web-based, or other learning solutions for delivery.
• Manages onboarding training and other program needs for the Talent Enablement team.
• Creates, curates, and facilitates learning experiences for various audiences.
