Job summary

Green & Fortune is seeking an experienced Host to join the Rotunda Restaurant team at Kings Place, London. You will greet guests, seat them, and manage reservations by email and telephone while supporting the floor to ensure smooth service.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Host / Receptionist in a similar setting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong attention to detail and cleanliness.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests promptly after seating and manage service order flow.
• Interact with guests and support the floor where necessary.
• Manage reservations via email and telephone and balance table assignments.
• Liaise with guests on inquiries and events; handle enquiries.
