Soho House & Co in London seeks a Host to welcome members and guests with warmth and efficiency. You will manage booking systems to seat guests according to reservations and support the floor team to prepare tables for turnover.

The role emphasizes outstanding hospitality, accurate seating, and proactive guest service, with a focus on VIPs and ensuring a smooth dining experience. Flexible shifts and weekends are required.

Formación

• 2-3 years’ experience in similar capacity
• Able to thrive in fast-paced environments and solve problems under pressure
• Hospitable, approachable and team-focused

Responsabilidades

• Welcome members and guests by name and ensure a warm greeting
• Manage Opera/OpenTable to seat guests according to bookings
• Support floor team with seating and table setup for turnover
• Address guest inquiries and resolve issues with hospitality
• Build relationships with members and communicate feedback to the team
• Maintain knowledge of menus to answer questions and make recommendations
