Job summary

Cosy Club Nottingham is seeking a hands-on General Manager who can lead from the front, set the scene for guests across the three floors, and roll up their sleeves when needed. You will oversee operations, drive great service, manage a team, and champion work-life balance while delivering memorable hospitality across Lounge, Cosy Club and Brightside venues.

In return, expect a base salary up to £60,000, a tronc share typically £6.5k–£10k, a bonus potential of up to £9k, and perks like Wagestream
