Qualifications

• Experience as General Manager or equivalent in hospitality is essential.
• Strong leadership with ability to motivate teams and deliver exceptional service.
• Proven track record in operations, guest satisfaction and financials.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all site operations at Cosy Club Nottingham.
• Drive guest satisfaction and manage service standards across three floors.
• Lead recruitment, training, and staff development; optimise rosters and costs.
• Monitor financial performance, budgets and P&L with accountability.
