Cosy Club Nottingham is seeking a General Manager to lead one of our flagship venues with three floors and multiple dining rooms. You will oversee daily operations, guest experience, and staff performance, driving standards from front of house to back office.

A calm, hands-on leader who motivates teams and delivers memorable hospitality is essential. The role offers strong earning potential including base salary, tronc, and bonus, with a focus on work-life balance and staff development.

Qualifications

• Experience as General Manager or equivalent in hospitality is essential.
• Strong leadership with ability to motivate teams and deliver exceptional service.
• Proven track record in operations, guest satisfaction and financials.

Responsibilities

• Drive guest satisfaction and manage service standards across three floors.
• Lead recruitment, training, and staff development; optimise rosters and costs.

As one of our General Managers, you could earn in the region of circa £72,000 per year:

• Base Salary: Up to £60,000 per year depending on experience
• Tronc: Estimated between £6.5k - £10k annually. Our tips are shared equally across the team based on hours worked.
• Bonus: Up to £9k additional bonus potential
• Overtime Pay: Get paid for any hours worked beyond your contracted hours at your normal hourly rate - no pre-approval required.
