Job summary

Cosy Club Nottingham is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead and develop a team, ensuring guests enjoy a memorable experience. The role focuses on high standards of service, staff development, and operational excellence within the Cosy Club Nottingham venue.

The salary package includes base up to £36,000, potential tronc £6.5k–£10k, and bonus up to £4.5k, with overtime pay and a total circa £47,000 per year. Numerous perks follow from day one.

Our Assistant Managers act as a role model to our Cosy Clubbers and can spot when your attention is required from the corner of your eye and act on it. With us, you could earn in the region of circa £47,000 per year:

• Base Salary: Up to £36,000 per year depending on experience
• Tronc: Estimated between £6.5k - £10k annually. Our tips are shared equally across the team based on hours worked.
• Bonus: Up to £4.5k additional bonus potential
• Overtime Pay: Get paid for any hours worked beyond your contracted hours at your normal hourly rate - no pre-approval required.
