THE PIG - on the beach, Studland is seeking a Reception Manager to lead our front desk team and ensure guests have the best possible first impression.

You will oversee the front office, manage receptionists, and collaborate with all hotel departments to maintain high standards. A duty-management element is required from time to time, and Opera Fidelio experience is essential. The role offers 40 hours per week and a salary of £30,750 per year, with OTE £34,108.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Reception Manager or in a similar role.
• Knowledge of Opera Fidelio is essential.
• Strong communication with all hotel departments.
