Job summary

The PIG-in the Cotswolds is seeking a Receptionist to join our front of house team. You will be the first and last face guests see, ensuring every guest has a memorable and welcoming arrival.

As the receptionist, you will handle calls, emails, and coordinate with hotel departments to maintain smooth operations, delivering high standards of service with attention to detail for a great guest experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar role is preferred; full training will be provided.
• Knowledge of Opera Fidelio is beneficial but not required.

Location: THE PIG-in the Cotswolds, Barnsley, GL7 5EE

Salary: OTE £13.81 per hour, inclusive of tronc.

We are currently looking for a customer focused Receptionist to join our front of house team.

The front desk at THE PIG is essentially the hub of the hotel, being the first and last face our restaurant and hotel guests see. First impressions are everything and we want our guests to have the best first impression possible.

As Receptionist you will be a first point of contact for our hotel guests. We are looking for someone who loves to make guests smile every day and has high standards of service and great attention to detail.

Communication is key, as you will be required to answer incoming calls, respond to emails, and maintain constant channels of communication with all departments in the hotel.

Experience within a similar role and knowledge of Opera Fidelio is beneficial but not essential as full training will be provided.
