CBRE is seeking a Workplace Experience Lead to shape and enhance the workplace experience during a nine-month engagement in Cambridge. You will oversee the Workplace Experience team, guiding service delivery, hospitality standards and continuous improvement for colleagues, partners and visitors.

You will review existing practices, develop a playbook and operating model, and escalate issues while maintaining a welcoming, professional environment that aligns with client culture and standards.

Responsabilidades

• Provide day-to-day leadership of the Workplace Experience team.
• Lead team planning, workload prioritisation and service delivery.
• Coach and develop team members through regular feedback and mentoring.
• Promote a culture of hospitality, ownership and continuous improvement.
• Lead by example and reinforce expected behaviours for visitors and partners.
• Act as primary escalation point for Workplace Experience matters.
• Ensure services are delivered consistently and professionally.
• Review existing services and operating practices.
• Assess experiences of clients and visitors across services.
• Identify opportunities to improve service quality and efficiency.
• Develop and implement practical improvements.
• Pilot initiatives and refine improvements.
• Use feedback to inform priorities and improvements.
• Develop a Workplace Experience Playbook and templates.
• Define hospitality principles and standards.
• Establish consistent expectations for hosting and service recovery.
• Create operating models for consistent delivery.
• Clarify team roles and interfaces with other functions.
• Ensure standards are practical, scalable and embedded.
• Lead and support executive visits, customer engagements and events.
• Develop consistent approaches for welcoming customers and visitors.
• Set visit planning, arrival, hosting and departure standards.
• Deliver workplace events with consistency.
• Introduce initiatives that improve the experience for stakeholders.
• Ensure services reflect client culture and standards.
• Support team during high-demand periods.
• Engage with leadership and stakeholders to drive improvements.
