Job summary

Premier Inn – Dumbarton is seeking a Ground Floor Team Member to warmly welcome guests, assist with check-in, and help serve breakfast or dinner. You’ll handle guest inquiries and support a busy hotel operation on a shift base that includes evenings and weekends.

This role offers a fixed-term contract until 28 January 2027, with 28 guaranteed hours per week, a pay rate up to £13.06 per hour, and a pathway to growth within the hotel group. No prior hotel experience required, training provided.

Qualifications

• No hotel experience required; friendly, helpful attitude.
• Good customer service mindset and ability to stay calm when busy.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and help them check in
• Serve breakfast or evening meals, including bar service and alcohol
• Answer questions and help solve problems
• Keep reception, restaurant and public areas looking their best
• Support teammates across the hotel when busy
• Ensure guests are looked after from arrival to departure
