Job summary

Premier Inn Perth City Centre is seeking a Ground Floor Team Member to welcome guests, help with check-in, and assist with breakfast or dinner to ensure guests have a smooth stay.

Shifts vary and you may service behind the bar, answer questions, or keep reception and public areas looking their best. No hotel experience is required, and we’ll train you from day one.

This is a permanent contract with full training and opportunities to develop within Whitbread.

Qualifications

• No hotel experience required and we’ll teach you everything you need.
• Friendly, helpful attitude and ability to stay calm when busy.
• Full training provided from day one.

• Welcome guests and help them check in
• Serve breakfast or evening meals, including bar service
• Answer questions and help solve problems
• Keep reception, restaurant and public areas tidy
