Job summary

Lighthouse Hotel Management is seeking a Cluster Financial Controller to lead finance across the Northern Cluster, including Manchester and two Liverpool hotels. You will report to the Head of Finance Operations and collaborate with General Managers to enhance financial performance.

You will manage monthly planning, forecasting and month-end close, maintain balance sheets, and oversee on-site finance teams to ensure strong controls and efficient operations across the properties.

Qualifications

• Experience as a multi-site Financial Controller managing several hotels.
• Strong forecasting and planning capabilities.
• Proven ability to lead accounting teams and implement controls.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day finance and accounting processes across the Northern Cluster (Manchester and 2 Liverpool hotels).
• Coordinate month-end close with hotel GMs and on-site teams.
• Ensure internal controls and accurate balance sheets and reconciliations.
• Drive improvements and financial efficiencies; manage on-site finance assistants.
