Job summary

The R&A is seeking a Hospitality Support role within Championship Planning & Experience in St Andrews. You will provide customer service, administration, sales, finance, reporting and systems support to the Hospitality Team, helping plan and deliver Open and AIG Women’s Open hospitality packages for clients and stakeholders.

With governance around budgets and schedules, you will work with internal teams and external partners to ensure accuracy, timely responses and a high standard of service

Qualifications

• Experience working in customer service.
• Experience working in booking systems and handling invoices.
• Experience using Microsoft Office packages (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail, especially with data and finance.
• Strong organisation and prioritisation during peak periods.
• Experience in GDPR/data protection awareness.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inquiries and manage CRM data quality, escalating where needed.
• Process bookings, refunds and cancellations; update CRM and booking systems.
• Coordinate with Finance on invoices, payments and cost tracking.
• Prepare management reports; monitor bookings, revenue, aged debt and spend vs. budget.
• Manage guest lists, dietary and accessibility requirements; liaise with external partners.
