SPACE St Andrews is seeking a friendly Resident Experience Coordinator to organise events, manage reception, and support residents.

You will build community, handle enquiries, coordinate bookings, and work with partners to create memorable experiences while ensuring high standards across the property.

This hands-on role requires hospitality mindset and flexibility to work evenings and weekends.

Formación

• Experience in student accommodation, hospitality or events.
• Outgoing, approachable personality with cross-cultural communication.
• Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Creative mindset for events and resident experiences.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Proactive attitude and willingness to be involved in property operations.
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends for events.

Responsabilidades

• Plan, promote and deliver a calendar of resident events.
• Build relationships with residents and help newcomers settle in.
• Identify improvements based on feedback and update events.
• Work with local partners to create memorable experiences.
• Coordinate event budgets, suppliers, promotion, attendance and feedback.
• Provide warm welcome and deliver exceptional customer service at reception.
• Manage reception enquiries via in person, phone, and email.
• Handle parcels and deliveries with accurate recording and distribution.
• Assist with tenancy inquiries, check-ins/outs and records.
• Manage rent accounts and assist with arrears per procedures.
• Collaborate with operations to resolve resident concerns and maintenance.
• Support sales activities and promote SPACE events to residents.
• Assist with property tours, open days and visits.
• Create social media content with marketing teams.
