Retirement Villages Group in West Byfleet is seeking a warm Hospitality Assistant to join Yarrow at Botanical Place. This part-time role is 4 days out of 7, totaling 32 hours per week, focusing on delivering excellent customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere for residents, visitors and customers.

You will work as part of the village team to ensure memorable experiences, handle enquiries, support food, beverage and retail services, and uphold RVG standards and values.

We are seeking a warm, friendly, and motivated Hospitality Assistant to join us here at Yarrow at Botanical Place, West Byfleet. This is a part-time role working 4 days out of 7 - 32 hours per week. You will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional customer service, creating a welcoming atmosphere, and ensuring our residents, visitors, and customers have memorable experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver food, beverage, and retail services to RVG standards, maintaining a clean, safe, and hygienic environment.
• Provide residents and visitors with a warm and professional welcome, anticipating and meeting their hospitality needs.
• Handle enquiries, issues, and complaints courteously and efficiently, escalating when necessary.
• Work effectively as part of the village team to deliver high-quality service and build strong relationships with residents.
• Contribute ideas for improving menus, services, and operational processes.
• Support the achievement of food and beverage revenue targets using established systems and processes.
• Maintain and update personal skills, accreditations, and knowledge of industry best practices.
