Our stunning care home, Grosvenor Manor Care Centre, is a purpose-built facility located in Great Boughton, Chester. The home is registered to provide care for 81 residents with diverse needs, including residential, nursing, and dementia care. Reflecting the New Care vision, we prioritize safety, comfort, and high standards of care. Grosvenor Manor is rated OUTSTANDING in Responsive and GOOD in all other domains by CQC, with a 5-star EHO rating. We pride ourselves on maintaining a safe, comfortable environment and a strong local reputation. Notably, we have had zero agency staff usage for over four years, employing a permanent team that residents trust and staff know well. Across all New Care homes, staff are paid at least the national minimum wage.
We are seeking to appoint a kind, caring, and organized Hospitality Assistant to join our team. The role involves providing efficient food service to residents and visitors, maintaining cleanliness in the dining area, and supporting the kitchen staff. We offer a full-time contract with an hourly rate of £12.25. Shift times are 08:00-19:00, with alternate weekends required.
