Kraft Heinz is recruiting an AFH Business Development Manager to expand our presence in the HORECA channel across South East London, Bromley, Dartford, and surrounding areas. You will visit a range of venues, identify distribution opportunities, and drive sales of the Kraft Heinz portfolio.

We seek confident, results-driven professionals with a proven track record in field sales, excellent relationship-building skills, and the ability to manage a demanding diary while achieving targets.

Qualifications

• Strong sales experience in AFH/FMCG or field sales is preferred.
• Ability to build rapport quickly and manage multiple accounts.
• Full UK manual driving license required (6 points max).

Responsibilities

• Visit diverse establishments from fast food to pubs to grow Kraft Heinz distribution.
• Identify opportunities to increase brand distribution and tailor offerings for back and front of house.
• Manage your diary, balance new prospecting with existing customer visits, and close sales.
• Excel in a fast-paced, target-driven environment with a growth mindset and resilience.
