Job summary

A strong focus on customer service, local market knowledge, and teamwork is essential. The role requires flexible weekend availability and travel as needed, with a hybrid working approach between site offices and home where possible.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering sales in a service environment (housebuilding, retail, hospitality, etc.).
• Commercially astute with understanding of market and competitors.
• Understands customer needs to maintain company reputation.
• Proactive, resilient, and goal-driven.
• Calm under pressure; up-to-date with market trends and tech.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate local knowledge of amenities, schools, transport, and competitors.
• Understand and communicate our product and pricing clearly.
• Follow up leads effectively to convert enquiries to site visits.
• Utilise sales methodology, schemes and incentives to close sales.
• Achieve sales targets in line with business requirements.
