Job summary

Specsavers Home Visits Stoke is seeking an Optical Assistant with a passion for customer care to join our domiciliary team. You will visit patients in their homes, support the delivery of professional optical services, and help build lasting relationships while delivering excellent service.

The role offers a Monday–Friday schedule, 40 hours per week, with full training provided and clear progression toward Dispensing Optician qualification. Driving license is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in optics OR a strong retail/customer service background.
• Passion for helping people and delivering exceptional service.
• Good communication and relationship-building skills.
• Live in WS11 or ST postcode areas.
• Full UK driving licence.

The team

Specsavers Home Visits Stoke are seeking a highly motivated, friendly and reliable Optical/ Retail Assistant to join our growing domiciliary team.

As a Home Visits Optical Assistant, you’ll be visiting patients in their own homes, supporting the delivery of a high-quality, professional optical service to those who are unable to visit stores. This is a rewarding and varied role and is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships and delivering outstanding customer service. We are a small team, who support and encourage each other every day.

What you’ll be doing

What we’re looking for

• Due to the needs of our business, we are keen to speak with candidates who live in WS11 or ST postcode areas
• A full UK driving licence is essential
