Job summary

Care Concern Group is seeking an experienced Home Manager for Worsley Lodge in Worsley, Manchester. You will lead day-to-day operations, drive quality improvements and ensure a compassionate, compliant environment for residents and staff.

Reporting to the regional team, you will strengthen governance, boost staffing stability, maintain occupancy and manage budgets to sustain high standards of care while delivering measurable improvements.

Qualifications

• Experienced care home leader with a proven track record of improving quality.
• Ability to lead change within CQC regulations and safeguarding requirements.
• Experience developing leadership teams and improving staff engagement.

Responsibilities

• Take full day-to-day leadership of Worsley Lodge and be highly visible to residents, relatives and staff.
• Deliver action plans, strengthen auditing and governance processes, and embed improvements.
• Develop the home’s leadership team, improve colleague engagement and achieve sustained occupancy.
• Balance care quality with financial sustainability and operational performance.
