Worsley Lodge Care Home in Worsley, Manchester, invites applications for Head Housekeeper. You will lead the housekeeping team, oversee cleaning of residents' rooms, bathrooms and communal areas, and maintain hygiene and presentation to a high standard.

This is a senior leadership role with 40 hours per week, offering enhanced DBS, uniform, pension and development opportunities within Care Concern Group.

Qualifications

• Experience in housekeeping or supervisory role is required.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent organisation, attention to detail and familiarity with cleaning standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the housekeeping team to clean residents' rooms, bathrooms and all communal areas.
• Oversee daily operations, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and in line with infection control and hygiene procedures.
• Monitor quality, manage supplies and provide training, guidance and leadership to the team.
