Job summary

PSR Solutions are recruiting an experienced Home Manager for a luxurious, modern care home in Manchester. You will lead daily operations, deliver person-centred nursing care, and drive occupancy while ensuring regulatory compliance and financial performance.

You will manage a committed team, recruit and develop staff, and maintain excellent relationships with residents and families. This role reports to the Operations Manager and offers a rewarding, community-facing environment.

Qualifications

• NMC-registered with post-registration experience desirable
• Proven track record leading large care settings
• Commercially minded with occupancy growth experience

Responsibilities

• Provide inspirational leadership to a staff team and foster a culture of compassion and kindness
• Oversee recruitment, training, and retention of care professionals
• Maintain compliance with CQC standards and care legislation
• Manage the home's budget and ensure financial targets are met
• Develop and implement marketing plans to maintain full occupancy and promote services
• Build and nurture relationships with residents, families, and key stakeholders
• Drive continuous improvement and ensure a safe, secure environment
