Job summary

Achieve Together is seeking an experienced Care/Service Manager to lead a care home, uphold regulatory standards, and drive high-quality, person-centered care. You will oversee staff performance, budgets, and stakeholder relationships to ensure compliant, compassionate services.

The role demands strong leadership, excellent communication, and a track record in care management; Level 5 qualification is required or willingness to obtain it.

Qualifications

• Ability to lead and motivate staff, delegate tasks, and manage multiple priorities.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and standards.
• Proven experience as a Care Manager/Service Manager/Deputy Manager or Registered Manager.
• Relevant qualifications in health and social care.
• Strong leadership and management skills; excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must either have a level 5 or willing to complete this.
