Achieve Together is seeking an experienced Home Manager to lead a residential care service in Whyteleafe, ensuring care quality and regulatory compliance.

You will oversee staff, finances, and administration, drive person-centered service delivery, maintain links with regulators and families, and champion staff development.

Qualifications

• Level 5 qualification in health and social care or willingness to complete.
• Proven experience as a Care Manager/Service Manager/Deputy Manager or Registered Manager.
