Job summary

Achieve together Limited is seeking an experienced Care Manager to lead day-to-day operations of a supported living/home setting in Walton-on-Thames. You will ensure high standards of care, regulatory compliance, and effective staff leadership to deliver person-centered services.

Responsibilities include supervising staff, budgeting, liaising with regulators, and implementing service improvements. The role requires strong communication, safeguarding, and a passion for helping people live

Qualifications

• Experience as Care Manager/Service Manager/Deputy Manager or Registered Manager.
• Ability to lead and motivate staff, delegate tasks and manage multiple priorities.
• Knowledge of Health and Social Care Act 2008 and CQC/CIW Fundamental Standards.
• Relevant qualifications in health and social care.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must either have a level 5 or willing to complete this.
