Job summary

Achieve Together is seeking an experienced Home Manager to lead a residential care service in Redhill. You will ensure daily operations meet regulatory standards, promote person-centered care, and maintain excellent relations with regulators, staff, and stakeholders.

The role requires strong leadership, financial oversight, and staff development, with opportunities for career progression within the organisation. A Level 5 qualification is expected or will be pursued to meet governance standards.

Qualifications

• Ability to lead and motivate staff, delegate tasks, and manage multiple priorities.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and standards.
• Proven experience as a Care Manager/Service Manager/Deputy Manager or Registered Manager.
• Strong leadership and management skills; excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the service meets Health and Social Care Act 2008 and CQC/CIW standards.
• Maintain high-quality service delivery and effective stakeholder communication.
• Oversee day-to-day operations and staffing to ensure person-centered care.
