Job summary

Achieve together invites an experienced Multi-site Manager to oversee day-to-day operations across our care homes in Greater London. You will lead a dedicated staff team, ensure high standards of care, and maintain regulatory compliance with CQC/CIW standards.

You will manage service delivery to be person-centred and responsive, oversee finances and budgeting, and drive staff development. A Level 5 Health and Social Care qualification or willingness to achieve it is required.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Care Manager/Service Manager or Registered Manager.
• Ability to lead and motivate staff while delegating tasks.
• Knowledge of Health and Social Care regulations and standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to complete Level 5 qualification if not held.

Responsibilities

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced multi site Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our home, ensuring the highest standards of care and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills


• Must either have a level 5 or willing to complete this
