Achieve together Limited in Cardiff seeks an experienced Care Home Manager to oversee daily operations, ensuring high standards of care and regulatory compliance.

You will lead the staff team, oversee finances, and maintain strong communication with stakeholders while delivering person-centered, accessible, and reliable services.

Qualifications

• Ability to lead and motivate staff, delegate tasks, and manage multiple priorities.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and standards.
• Proven experience as a Care Manager/Service Manager/Deputy Manager or Registered Manager.
• Relevant qualifications in health and social care.
• Strong leadership and management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must either have a level 5 or willing to complete this.
