Achieve Together Limited is recruiting a Care Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of our care home, ensuring high standards of care and regulatory compliance. You will oversee service delivery, budgeting, and staff development to maintain person-centered care.

Qualifications

• Ability to lead and motivate staff, delegate tasks, and manage multiple priorities.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and standards.
• Proven experience as a Care Manager/Service Manager/Deputy Manager or Registered Manager.
• Strong leadership and management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must either have a level 5 or willing to complete this.
