Achieve together Limited is seeking an experienced Manager to lead the day‑to‑day operations of a care home in Mexborough, ensuring the highest standards of care and regulatory compliance. You will oversee staff, service delivery, budgeting, and stakeholder relations to support people we support to live meaningful lives.

The role requires proven care management experience, outstanding leadership, and strong communication skills, with a Level 5 qualification or willingness to complete it.

Qualifications

• Experience leading care services with regulatory compliance.
• Proven track record as Care/Service/Deputy or Registered Manager.
• Relevant health and social care qualifications required or pursued.
• Strong leadership, management and stakeholder communication.
• Willingness to complete Level 5 qualification if not held.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day operations of the home to ensure high care standards.
• Ensure compliance with Health and Social Care Act 2008 and CQC/CIW standards.
• Maintain high-quality service delivery and stakeholder communication.
• Lead and develop staff; manage budgeting and governance tasks.
• Implement QA policies and ensure person‑centred, accessible services.
• Carry out administrative duties and monitor finances.

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our home, ensuring the highest standards of care and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure the service meets the requirements of the Health and Social Care Act 2008 and CQC/CIW Fundamental Standards
• Maintain high-quality service delivery
• Ensure good communication and links with all stakeholders
• Ensure service delivery is person-centered, accessible, flexible, and reliable
• Effectively manage the staff team
• Implement and maintain service delivery to meet Quality Assurance policy standards
• Carry out administrative tasks related to the role
• Oversee finances and budgeting
• Train and develop staff

Requirements:

• Ability to lead and motivate staff, delegate tasks, and manage multiple priorities
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and standards
• Proven experience as a Care Manager/Service Manager/Deputy Manager or Registered Manager
• Relevant qualifications in health and social care
• Strong leadership and management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Must either have a level 5 or willing to complete this
