Job summary

Career Makers are partnering with a well-established care provider to recruit an experienced Registered Manager for a reputable nursing home in Thetford, Norfolk.

The role leads the day-to-day operation, ensuring high standards of person-centred care, quality and compliance while supervising a dedicated care and nursing team. The successful candidate will hold nursing qualifications and an active NMC PIN is desirable. The role offers a competitive salary and benefits package.

• Previous management experience within a care home setting.
• Nursing qualification with an active NMC PIN (Desirable)

Responsibilities

• Take overall responsibility for the day-to-day management and performance of the nursing home.
• Lead, motivate and develop the care and nursing team; ensure consistently high standards of safe, person-centred care.
• Maintain full compliance with CQC regulations and relevant legislation.
• Oversee audits, quality assurance, safeguarding, care planning and risk management.
• Drive continuous improvement across the service.
