The role leads the day-to-day operation, ensuring high standards of person-centred care, quality and compliance while supervising a dedicated care and nursing team. Qualifications
- Previous management experience within a care home setting.
- Nursing qualification with an active NMC PIN (Desirable)
Responsibilities
- Take overall responsibility for the day-to-day management and performance of the nursing home.
- Lead, motivate and develop the care and nursing team; ensure consistently high standards of safe, person-centred care.
- Maintain full compliance with CQC regulations and relevant legislation.
- Oversee audits, quality assurance, safeguarding, care planning and risk management.
- Drive continuous improvement across the service.
