Job summary

Jupiter Recruitment is assisting a luxury care home in Great Yarmouth, Norfolk to find an experienced Home Manager. The role requires managing staff, resources and ensuring outstanding care in line with regulatory standards.

You will partner with the Clinical Lead to drive service quality and resident wellbeing. The successful candidate will be an NMC registered nurse with post-registration experience and a track record of marketing and running a commercially successful care home.

Qualifications

• NMC registered nurse with post-registration experience.
• Experience of managing a care home.
• Proven knowledge of CQC standards and driving outstanding ratings.
• Strong communication and relationship-building with residents, families and professionals.
• Experience marketing and growing a private care home business.

Responsibilities

• Manage staff and resources so that each resident can enjoy a dignified and fulfilling life.
• Work closely with Clinical Lead and wider teams to ensure high care standards meet regulators.
• Report to the regional Operations Manager and lead the home's vision toward outstanding.
• Liaise with residents, families, professional contacts and multi-disciplinary teams.

An outstanding new job opportunity has arisen for an experienced Home Manager to manage an exceptional nursing home based in the Great Yarmouth, Norfolk area.You will be working for one of UK's leading health care providers

A luxury care home, designed for resident wellbeing, it boasts beautifully appointed bedrooms and expansive living spaces.Ensuring that every detail is meticulously crafted to provide the highest standard of care and living

**To be considered for this position you must be qualified as NMC registered nurse with relevant post-registration experience, desirable but not essential**

As the Home Manager your key responsibilities include:

• To manage staff and resources so that each resident can enjoy a dignified and fulfilling life
• You'll be working closely with your Clinical Lead and the wider healthcare and hospitality teams to ensure the quality of individual service and care consistently meets high standards and those of our external regulators
• Reporting to the regional Operations Manager, you will create and lead a vision for the home to ensure a philosophy of continuous improvement, encouraging and supporting the home's journey to 'outstanding'
• Whilst managing people and processes, being a Home Manager is a complex, influential and highly rewarding role involving close liaison with residents, their families, professional contacts and multi-disciplinary teams

The following skills and experience would be preferred and beneficial for the role:

• Previous experience of managing a care home
• A good working knowledge, with a proven record of CQC standards and can work towards achieving Outstanding
• Good communication skills and can maintain excellent working relationships at all levels, internal as well as external professionals, families and visitors
• A proven track record of marketing and business skills within the private care sector, running a commercially successful, good or outstanding rated care home
• Enthusiasm and passion for developing high level of person-centred care
• Ability to actively participate in the growth and development of the care service

The successful Home Manager will receive an excellent salary of £60,000 per annum.This exciting position is a permanent full time role working 40 hours a week from 9am to 5pm.In return for your hard work and dedication you will receive the following generous benefits:
