Career Makers are recruiting an experienced Home Manager to join a well-established care provider in Great Yarmouth, Norfolk. The role oversees the day-to-day operation of the service and leads the nursing and care teams to deliver high-quality, person-centred care.

You will ensure compliance with CQC standards, manage budgets and performance, and drive continuous improvement. Nursing qualification and valid NMC Pin are desirable, and sponsorship is not offered.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Care Home Manager, Nursing Home Manager, Registered Manager or similar senior management role.
• Experience within a nursing or residential care environment.
• Nursing qualification and valid NMC Pin (desirable).

Responsibilities

• Take overall responsibility for the day-to-day management and operation of the service.
• Provide strong leadership to the nursing and care teams.
• Maintain compliance with CQC requirements, legislation and regulatory standards.
• Lead audits, inspections and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure high standards of safeguarding, health and safety and infection prevention.

Salary: £60,000 per annum + Excellent bonuses
